For tea I had mashed potatoes, mushy peas and mashed up cod in butter sauce.
The evening was spent lazing around further watching TV. It was nice having a duvet day.

Recovery Day 22 - 8th January 2013
Woke up sore and tired. Matt’s off again today so spent a few hours in bed. We got up at lunch time and we had soup for lunch. We spent all Day in our PJ’s watching Downton Abbey.
I was absolutely shattered and had no energy alonwith the pain on the whole it was a good job we were having a duvet day as I was fit for nothing. Mum quite rightly said that I'd overdone it yesterday with going out with Matt.
